The Admissions, Registration and Examination Department manages a range of essential tasks, primarily focusing on student admissions, maintaining student records, registration, scheduling, and certain examination-related duties. The department also operates a help desk staffed by trained, full-time personnel, available to assist from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on all working days. If a student requires services outside the scope of Admissions & Registration, they are directed to the appropriate department.
Students can conveniently apply to the university through our online admission portal, accessible from the homepage. Additionally, students seeking course equivalencies can submit an online application, with initial and final decisions sent directly to the email address provided. AOU’s online services also enable students to register for courses, view their class schedules, access academic plans, transcripts, submit appeals, and access various other resources.
