Admission and registration procedure for new students (Undergraduate)
- The student must visit the university's headquarters for more information about the programs and bring along all the necessary documents (High School Certificate and Identity proof)
- Fill in the registration form on campus.
- Settle the application fees at the finance office.
- Return to the Registrar's office to submit a hard copy of all necessary documents and to assign a date for the placement test.
- If the admission requirements are met, the students will fill up the acceptance form and pay the fees for registration and placement test.
- The files are sent to the Ministry of Higher Education until the student is registered in the ministry's lists.
- Text messages are sent to all students to fill out the electronic form With the opening of the university's office for those who have difficulty filling out the electronic form.
- The time of the level determination exam is determined, and text messages are sent to all registered students
- University numbers are extracted from the sis system for students and the required subjects are registered according to the exam result
- Students are registered according to the result of the level determination exam and the required subjects are registered according to the exam result.
- Start attending your classes.
Students attend a general induction session to familiarize them with all aspects of academic and social life as a students of AOU. In addition, Course Tutors during the first tutorials orient students on their courses and the relevant policies.
