well as private companies and individuals in all legal matters.
The department is responsible for managing litigation across all court proceedings, including the
preparation and submission of legal pleadings, memoranda, defenses, and the issuance of legal
notices. It also seeks to facilitate amicable resolutions between the university and other parties
involved.
In addition, the department ensures that all university procedures align with internal regulations and
the laws of the Sudan. It plays a key role in drafting legal formulations for administrative decisions
and provides legal counsel on matters related to university employees and other issues.
The department is also tasked with preparing contracts, agreements, and memorandums of
understanding for the university’s operations with external entities. It collaborates in drafting these
