Contract department
The department is responsible for drafting, conducting technical and linguistic reviews, and
overseeing the legal review of contracts in collaboration with the university's legal advisor to
ensure alignment with university policies and Sudanese regulations. Additionally, it
negotiates contract terms and values through the following steps:
- Prepare contracts in coordination with relevant departments and review them with
the university's legal advisor.
- Monitor the execution of contracts and provide periodic progress reports in
collaboration with the appropriate departments.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to facilitate payments to contractors.
Store Department
The department is responsible for overseeing all university warehouses, managing the
receipt and distribution of materials, and ensuring efficient organization through the
following tasks:
- Supervise warehouse operations.
• Receive and inspect materials to confirm they meet the required specifications.
• Monitor inventory levels and determine the appropriate time for reordering supplies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (such as the Learning Resources Centre) and
headquarters to manage, store, and distribute educational resources, while
providing technical support in the process.
- Work with the Finance Department to carry out the annual inventory.
